Carrier Connect Fills Its Georgia Data Center With a CA$88.9M Contract

One Georgia building is about to bill roughly three times what its owner was bringing in across its whole business. Carrier Connect signed the deal Monday. A day later Salesforce agreed to pay a 58% premium for Braze, and SEALSQ’s market value slipped just below the cash on its books.

Carrier Connect Signs CA$88.9 Million, Five-Year Data Center Contract

Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. (TSXV: CCDS; OTCQB: CCDSF) signed a five-year customer agreement on October 19 covering the full 4 MW at its Alpharetta, Georgia data center, worth about CA$88.9 million in potential billings at the initial 3 MW deployment rate, power included. Carrier only added the facility on October 15.

Billing starts November 1 at about US$1.05 million a month, or roughly CA$17.8 million annualized. The last megawatt is expected within three to six months, which would push annualized billings above CA$23.7 million. Management expects 25% to 30% EBITDA margins once the site stabilizes. The customer has already placed a multi-month deposit.

Beacon Securities analyst Gabriel Leung raised his target to $3.75 from $3.00, noting the deal lifts Carrier from a prior annual revenue run rate of about $5 million to $6 million.

It is one unnamed tenant in one building. The five-year figure is described as potential billings, without minimum-payment or termination terms. The deal is also the first 4 MW under a 25 MW letter of intent from July; the other 21 MW still needs definitive agreements.

SEALSQ Grows Nine-Month Revenue 65%, Reaffirms 2026 Guidance

SEALSQ Corp (Nasdaq: LAES) reported preliminary, unaudited nine-month revenue of $16.3 million on October 15, up from $9.9 million a year earlier, and held full-year guidance at $27 million to $36 million. Getting there takes Q4 revenue of $11 million to $20 million. Q4 2025 was $8.4 million.

The balance sheet is the strange part. SEALSQ reported about $463 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash at September 30, while its market cap was $454.36 million on October 15.

Post-quantum chips are not the revenue engine yet. Prospective customers evaluating its QS7001 and QVault TPM products rose to 42 from 30 in June, but SEALSQ expects a meaningful post-quantum contribution only from 2027, pending certification and customer qualification.

Six days before the revenue update, SEALSQ and parent WISeQey signed a merger agreement to list their Quantisimo quantum vehicle through SPAC GigCapital8. Closing is targeted for the first quarter of 2027 and needs shareholder approvals plus a $15 million minimum cash condition, which SEALSQ helps fund with a matching contribution.

Salesforce Agrees to Buy Braze for $5.66 Billion in Cash

Braze, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRZE) agreed on October 20 to be acquired by Salesforce for about $5.66 billion in enterprise value, or $47.50 a share in cash. That is a 58.1% premium to Monday’s $30.04 close.

The stock closed up more than 51% at $45.57. The roughly 4% left on the table is the market pricing time and deal risk.

Braze shareholders and regulators still have to sign off. Closing isn’t expected until Salesforce’s fiscal 2028.

CCDS, LAES, BRZE: Forward-Looking FAQ

Is Carrier Connect’s CA$88.9 million locked-in revenue?

Not as disclosed. The company calls it potential billings at the initial 3 MW rate and has not published minimum-payment or termination terms; billing is scheduled to start November 1.

What does SEALSQ need in Q4 to hit its 2026 revenue guidance?

Between $11 million and $20 million, against $8.4 million in Q4 2025. The nine-month figure is preliminary and unaudited.

Why is Braze trading below Salesforce’s $47.50 offer?

The deal still needs Braze shareholder approval and regulatory clearance, with closing expected in Salesforce’s fiscal 2028. The discount reflects that wait and the chance the deal does not close.
