American Tungsten & Antimony Ltd. (ASX: AT4; OTCQB: ATALF) announced that it has signed binding agreements to acquire a 100 percent interest in the Dutch Mountain Processing Facility and the Dutch Mountain Tungsten Project in Tooele County, Utah.

The deal includes Utah’s only fully permitted tungsten processing facility in the Clifton Mining District and the Fraction Lode mine, the last active tungsten-producing mine in the U.S. More details are available here.

Faster Development with Existing Infrastructure

Developing a new processing mill on federal land often involves lengthy regulatory approvals. According to Managing Director Andre Booyzen, this acquisition gives the company a fully permitted facility on private land that operated as recently as 2017. This can help reduce typical development delays and accelerate the path to production.

The facility also allows American Tungsten & Antimony to assess development options across high-grade deposits at Fraction Lode, E.H.B., and Star Dust, all included in the acquisition.

Unlocking District Opportunities

The mill resolves a longstanding bottleneck in the Clifton Mining District, where several high-grade historical mines remain undeveloped due to limited processing capacity. This infrastructure also supports a potential strategy for district-scale consolidation, pending technical and commercial evaluation. In addition, the option to acquire Sage Hen offers the possibility of consolidating the Northern Nevada tungsten belt for a more unified exploration approach.

Progress Across Other Projects

Initial drilling at the Antimony Canyon project, the company’s flagship antimony asset, continues to show promising results. This reflects the company’s strategy of acquiring high-quality assets and advancing exploration efficiently.

Corporate Updates

American Tungsten & Antimony has named Deutsche Bank as depository for its American Depository Receipt program and continues to pursue a NASDAQ uplisting later this year.
