Vortex Companies Partners With Minicam to Expand Trenchless Solutions

Vortex Companies has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with Minicam, making its MaxLiner® division the premier distributor of Minicam’s flagship trenchless technologies. The partnership covers Dancutter® robotic cutting systems and the Speedylight® LED UV curing system, both designed for small diameter rehabilitation projects.

Expanded support for contractors

Sales, service, training, and technical support will be provided through MaxLiner’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC, and its Orlando, FL location. Vortex CEO Mike Vellano said the agreement strengthens MaxLiner’s ability to deliver complete solutions for contractors, combining proven equipment with consumables and expertise. Minicam Group President Chase Dehne added that the collaboration will expand access to trusted trenchless solutions and help contractors maximize productivity.

Benefits for customers

By consolidating critical small diameter technologies under one umbrella, the agreement is expected to reduce downtime, simplify procurement, and improve project performance. The addition of Dancutter and Speedylight rounds out MaxLiner’s suite of solutions, covering cleaning, inspection, lining, reinstatement, and sectional repairs.
