Radiant Uranium’s Flagship Project

The approximately 2,048-hectare Cross Lake property contains reported historical uranium mineralization at the Narrows, Portage and Cross zones along a roughly 2.4-kilometre northeast-trending structural lineament.3

A 1979 report prepared for Bralorne Resources Limited presented a historical estimate of approximately 371,038 pounds of U3O8 for the Narrows Zone. The estimate is not a current mineral resource or mineral reserve. Historical records also report that drilling conducted in 2008 intersected uranium mineralization. Future exploration may test the historical mineralization at depth and along strike and investigate the broader structural trend.3

Important Technical Disclosure
1 · Key Lake Road Historical Result
The reported 1.9% U3O8 over 0.29 metres at the Highway Zone is a historical result from 2015 man-portable drilling. Sources identified by the Company include the Fall 2007 & Winter 2008 Drilling Report, Key Lake Road Project (Tan and Wheatley, 2008) and the Technical Report on the Key Lake Road Property (Harrington, 2016). The Company states that historical results have not been verified and are not treated as current. The reported interval does not establish the true width, grade continuity or economic viability of mineralization, and it may not be representative of the property as a whole.
2 · Permitting And Proposed Exploration
The figures of up to 30 drill holes at Key Lake Road and up to 7,000 metres of diamond drilling at Gorilla Lake describe the scope of activities for which the Company is seeking permits; they are not completed programs, approved permits or commitments that all work will be undertaken. As disclosed by the Company on June 10, 2026, consultation with local First Nations and interested stakeholders was underway as part of the permitting process. The proposed surveys and drilling remain subject to consultation, permitting, financing, access, seasonal conditions, contractor and equipment availability, and possible revision as exploration plans are refined.
3 · Cross Lake Historical Information And Estimate
The reported estimate of 371,038 pounds of U3O8 relates to the Narrows Zone and is derived from Bissonnette, R. (1979), Bralorne Resources Limited, 1979 Winter Drilling of the Narrows Zone, ML 5255, Foster River Area, Saskatchewan. The estimate was reported at an average grade of 1.2435 pounds U3O8 per ton, using the unit stated in the historical source, to approximately 75 metres vertical depth. The reported method used blocks drawn on true thickness and half the distance between mineralized intersections on 50-metre plans, with the deepest intersection approximately 71 metres vertically. The estimate predates current CIM Definition Standards and is historical in nature. Although the Company considers it potentially comparable to an inferred mineral resource, a Qualified Person has not completed sufficient work to classify it as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve, and Radiant Uranium Corp. is not treating it as such. Its relevance is limited to historical exploration context and target generation. Twinning, verification of historical data and drill locations, and infill drilling would be required before the estimate could be evaluated within a current mineral-resource framework. Historical Cross Lake results, including reported 2008 drilling, have not been independently verified by the Company except where expressly stated and should not be relied upon as evidence of economic viability.
4 · Regional And Nearby-Property Context
References to the Wollaston-Mudjatik Transition Zone, the Carswell Structure, the historic Cluff Lake mine and other regional uranium deposits provide geological and regional context only. Mineralization, production or discoveries on nearby or analogous properties are not necessarily indicative of mineralization on Radiant Uranium Corp.’s properties. None of the three projects described in this section contains a current mineral resource or mineral reserve as defined by NI 43-101. Exploration may not identify economically significant mineralization.
5 · Qualified Person
The scientific and technical information in this section has been reviewed and approved by Tim Henneberry, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 — Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Henneberry is a director of Radiant Uranium Corp. and is not independent of the Company for the purposes of NI 43-101.

The Investment Case

Why Uranium. Why Now.

Uranium is entering a new phase of structural demand growth as governments, utilities and major technology companies look for reliable sources of 24/7 electricity.

Nuclear power is increasingly being viewed as a critical source of dependable, low-carbon electricity — while the rapid expansion of AI and data centres is adding another layer of pressure to global electricity demand.

At the same time, new uranium supply cannot simply appear overnight. New mines can take years to permit, finance and develop, creating a potentially attractive environment for companies exploring for the next generation of uranium deposits.

Why Radiant

Positioned Where the Uranium Opportunity Begins.

Radiant is not trying to predict where the next uranium boom will happen. The company is already positioned in one of the world's most important uranium districts — Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin — with three projects offering different paths to exploration success.

01

Athabasca Exposure

Radiant's projects are located in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, home to some of the highest-grade uranium deposits ever discovered, including Key Lake, Cigar Lake and McArthur River.

02

Three Shots at Discovery

Cross Lake, Radiant's flagship project, adds a historically drilled uranium system with a historical estimate requiring modern verification. Key Lake Road offers historical high-grade uranium indications, while Gorilla Lake provides a large underexplored land position.

03

Exploration Leverage

Radiant is an early-stage explorer. That creates risk — but it also means exploration success could have a meaningful impact on the valuation of a relatively small company.

Uranium mining and exploration

The Investment Case Is Exploration Leverage.

Radiant does not currently have a producing mine — or a current NI 43-101 mineral resource. This is a speculative exploration company, and drilling will ultimately determine whether its geological models translate into a meaningful discovery.

But that is also where the potential leverage comes from. The company has assembled multiple targets across three Athabasca Basin projects and is moving toward the work that can test those targets.

Geophysics → Targets → Drilling → Assays → Discovery?

The Potential

Three Projects. Three Shots at Discovery.

The opportunity is not based on a single drill hole. It is based on a portfolio of different exploration stories within one of the world's premier uranium districts.

Cross Lake

Historical uranium mineralization and a historical estimate offering another potential avenue for expansion.

Key Lake Road

Historical high-grade uranium indications and an untested deeper exploration thesis.

Gorilla Lake

A large underexplored land position near the historic Cluff Lake uranium operation.

Radiant Uranium is an early-stage exploration company and does not currently have a mineral resource or reserve. Historical exploration results and estimates have not necessarily been independently verified and should not be interpreted as a current mineral resource. Exploration success is not guaranteed.

Qualified Person

The scientific and technical information contained in this article has been reviewed and approved by Tim Henneberry, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 — Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Henneberry is a director of Radiant Uranium Corp. and is not independent of the Company for the purposes of NI 43-101.

Data Verification and Historical Information

Tim Henneberry, P.Geo., has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information presented in this article. The information is based on the Company’s public disclosure, available technical and assessment reports, historical exploration records and other supporting information available to the Company.

Certain scientific and technical information concerning the Company’s properties was generated by previous operators and is historical in nature. Verification of historical results is limited by the availability and completeness of original drill logs, sampling records, assay certificates, analytical documentation, quality assurance/quality control information and other supporting data. Review and approval of the inclusion of historical information in this article does not constitute independent confirmation of every underlying historical result. Specific sources and material verification limitations should be identified alongside the applicable information.

Any historical estimate discussed in this article is not a current mineral resource or mineral reserve. A Qualified Person has not completed sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve, and Radiant Uranium Corp. is not treating it as such. Historical estimates should not be relied upon as current estimates of mineral resources, mineral reserves or economic viability.

Historical drill results, radiometric measurements, gamma-probe readings and selective samples may not represent mineralization across a property and do not establish grade continuity or economic viability. Counts per second, or CPS, are measurements of detected radioactivity and do not directly establish uranium grade. Laboratory assays and additional geological work are required to determine uranium grades and the nature and continuity of mineralization.

Exploration Risk

Radiant Uranium Corp. is an early-stage exploration company. The Company’s properties, including the Key Lake Road, Gorilla Lake and Cross Lake uranium projects, do not contain a current mineral resource or mineral reserve as defined by NI 43-101. Historical exploration results, geological interpretations, geophysical anomalies, radiometric measurements and prospective exploration targets do not establish the existence of an economically viable uranium deposit.

The location of a property within the Athabasca Basin, or its proximity to uranium deposits, mines, processing infrastructure or discoveries on adjoining or nearby properties, does not establish that comparable mineralization exists on Radiant Uranium Corp.’s properties. Mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Company’s properties.

Exploration may fail to identify economically significant mineralization. Planned exploration activities may be modified, postponed or cancelled and may require additional financing, regulatory approvals, consultation, property access, suitable weather and seasonal conditions, and the availability of contractors, equipment and personnel. Additional financing may not be available on acceptable terms and could result in dilution to existing shareholders.

Forward-Looking Information

This article contains forward-looking information, including statements concerning proposed exploration programs, geophysical surveys, permitting activities, drill targeting, planned drilling, anticipated exploration expenditures, the timing and interpretation of exploration results, potential discoveries, property acquisitions or advancement, future financing, uranium-market conditions and the Company’s future plans and objectives.

Forward-looking information contained in this content is based on assumptions and expectations believed to be reasonable as at the date of this content, including that required financing, permits and approvals will be available; consultation and access requirements will be satisfied; contractors, equipment and personnel will be available as planned; and exploration activities and laboratory analysis will be completed on anticipated timelines. Although these assumptions and expectations are considered reasonable, they are inherently subject to significant business, economic, geological, environmental, market, regulatory and competitive uncertainties and contingencies, many of which are beyond the control of Radiant Uranium Corp. There can be no assurance that these assumptions will prove correct or that the outcomes contemplated by the forward-looking information will occur.

Such risks and uncertainties include, among others, the speculative nature of mineral exploration; the absence of current mineral resources or mineral reserves; the possibility that historical results cannot be verified or reproduced; failure to identify economically significant mineralization; differences between exploration results and geological interpretations; failure to obtain necessary financing, permits, approvals, access or consultation outcomes; operational, laboratory or seasonal delays; contractor and equipment availability; changes in exploration plans; and uranium-price and capital-market volatility.
