Important Technical Disclosure

Historical Silver Sample โ€” Old Gold

The 12,147 g/t silver result at Old Gold was reported from a selective sample of transported float, rather than bedrock outcrop, as referenced in B.C. Assessment Report 30719. Jeremy Hanson, P.Geo., verified the reported historical result by reviewing Assessment Report 30719 and confirming that the result is accurately reproduced from that historical source. This verification does not constitute independent confirmation of the grade through resampling. The result is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the property, and the sample alone does not establish the location of its original bedrock source.

Historical Silver Sample โ€” Black Warrior

The 3,549 g/t silver result at Black Warrior was reported from a historical chip sample referenced in Geological Report of the Black Warrior Project, prepared by P. Santos in 1993 and filed as B.C. Assessment Report 22917. Jeremy Hanson, P.Geo., reviewed Assessment Report 22917 and verified that the result is accurately reproduced from the cited historical source. This verification does not constitute independent confirmation of the grade through resampling. The precise sample identifier and location, laboratory identity, analytical method and historical QA/QC procedures have not been confirmed for purposes of this article. The sample is selective in nature and is not necessarily representative of the grade or continuity of mineralization across the property.

Recent Results

The 1,610 g/t silver result at Revelstoke and the 103 g/t and 40 g/t gold results at Ophir-Lade were reported from selective surface grab sampling conducted during the Company’s 2026 exploration program. The 103 g/t gold result was obtained from sample F512010 collected at the Ophir-Lade historic workings at UTM NAD83 Zone 11N coordinates 476751 E, 5619849 N. The 40 g/t gold result was obtained from sample F512002 collected at UTM NAD83 Zone 11N coordinates 476585 E, 5619875 N. Sample F512002 consisted of a gossanous, milky-white quartz vein hosted in phyllite and containing abundant pyrite. Grab samples are selective in nature and do not necessarily represent the grade, width or continuity of mineralization across the property.

Analysis and Quality Control

The 103 g/t and 40 g/t Ophir-Lade gold samples were analyzed by Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs) in Kamloops, British Columbia, under laboratory report A26-14145 dated August 11, 2026. Gold was determined by fire assay with an atomic absorption finish and a lower detection limit of 5 ppb. Samples exceeding the method’s upper reporting limit were reanalyzed by fire assay with a gravimetric finish and a lower detection limit of 0.03 g/t. The analytical batch included four certified reference materials, a method blank and a duplicate, all of which returned within acceptable limits, with no quality-control failures identified. Jeremy Hanson, P.Geo., reviewed the reported sampling, analytical and quality-control information.

Within Silver Pony’s district-scale land package, the Black Warrior Target is the Company’s priority โ€” the first target being drilled, and the focus of its initial discovery push. It represents a classic high-grade CRD system: galena-tetrahedrite veins hosted in limestone along ~3.5 km of mineralized strike, open in all directions with extensive glacial exposure.

Black Warrior Trend, Silver Pony Resources

The Black Warrior Trend โ€” galena-tetrahedrite veins with extensive glacial exposure.

Why here: surface mapping, geochemistry, and geophysics indicate that high-grade silver-lead mineralization is structurally controlled and may strengthen at depth. Magnetic lows coincident with known mineralization suggest potential fluid pathways and trap zones consistent with CRD-style systems.

Important Technical Disclosure โ€” Black Warrior Samples

The three Black Warrior samples referenced above are historical results reported from selective surface grab and outcrop sampling. Sample RMK0326 (3,537 g/t Ag, 1.93 g/t Au, 76.72% Pb, 1.19% Zn) and RMK0328 (5,567 g/t Ag, 3.34 g/t Au, 8.41% Pb, 0.36% Zn) were collected as float on October 3, 2010; RMK0384 (2,927 g/t Ag, 6.62 g/t Au, 45.66% Pb, 6.20% Zn) was collected from outcrop on October 16, 2010. All three were analyzed by ACME Labs, Vancouver, BC; the analytical method used has not been specified in the historical record.

These results were obtained from British Columbia MINFILE and ARIS records and are considered relevant to the Company’s exploration planning, but they have not been independently verified by a Qualified Person and their reliability cannot be confirmed. The key assumptions, parameters and methods used to obtain these historical results are not fully known to the Company. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify these historical results as current mineral resources or mineral reserves, and the Company is not treating them as such. The historical results should not be relied upon; additional work, including confirmation drilling, re-sampling and independent assaying with appropriate QA/QC protocols, is required to verify them.

Grab and float samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the grade, width or continuity of mineralization hosted on the property. The scientific and technical information in this disclosure has been reviewed and approved by Jeremy Hanson, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, who is a director and consultant to the Company and is not independent of the Company for the purposes of NI 43-101. Full sample-level detail is available in the appendix of the Company’s corporate presentation.

Qualified Person

The scientific and technical information contained in this article has been reviewed and approved by Jeremy Hanson, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 โ€” Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Hanson is a director and consultant to Silver Pony Resources Corp. and is not independent of the Company for the purposes of NI 43-101.

Data Verification and Historical Information

Jeremy Hanson, P.Geo., has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information presented in this article. His review included the underlying technical information and supporting records, including available exploration reports, sampling records, drill logs, assay certificates, analytical results and quality assurance/quality control data.

Historical information is derived from records prepared by previous operators. Verification of historical results is limited by the availability and completeness of the original sampling records, analytical documentation and supporting data. Review and approval of their inclusion in this article does not constitute independent confirmation of every underlying historical result. Specific verification limitations are identified alongside the applicable information.

Historical and recent selective samples may not represent mineralization across the property and do not establish average grades, continuity or economic viability. Float samples consist of loose material displaced from its original bedrock location and do not, by themselves, establish that source. Sample-specific sources, methods and limitations are provided alongside the applicable results.

Exploration Risk

Silver Pony Resources Corp. is an early-stage exploration company. Individual sample results and visual drill-core observations do not establish a mineral resource, mineral reserve or economically viable deposit. Visual observations of sulphides do not establish metal grades; laboratory assays are required to determine the metal content of sampled drill intervals. Historical mining activity and district comparisons provide context and do not predict exploration results on the Company’s property.

Exploration may fail to identify economically significant mineralization. Further work may require additional financing, which may not be available on acceptable terms and could dilute existing shareholders.

Forward-Looking Information

This article contains forward-looking information, including statements concerning planned exploration and drilling, geological objectives, the timing and interpretation of laboratory results, potential discoveries, future financing and potential proceeds from the sale of investment holdings.

Forward-looking information contained in this content is based on assumptions and expectations believed to be reasonable as at the date of this content, including that required approvals and financing will be available, contractors, equipment and personnel will be available as planned, and exploration activities and laboratory analysis will be completed on the anticipated timelines. Although such assumptions and expectations are considered reasonable, they are inherently subject to significant business, economic, market, technological, regulatory and competitive uncertainties and contingencies, many of which are beyond the control of Silver Pony Resources Corp. There can be no assurance that these assumptions will prove correct or that the outcomes contemplated by the forward-looking information will occur.

Such risks and uncertainties include, among others: the speculative nature of mineral exploration, failure to obtain necessary financing or approvals, exploration or operational delays, variations in laboratory timelines, results that differ from geological interpretations or surface sampling, and commodity-price and capital-market volatility.
