Origis Energy has announced the final commissioning of the Swift Air Solar facilities, a three‑phase, 500 MWdc complex in West Texas. The infrastructure, representing more than $650 million in investment, will support Occidental’s operations, including its STRATOS Direct Air Capture facility.
Project Overview
The Swift Air Solar facilities were planned, developed, and constructed by Origis in three phases, with the final phase delivered in late 2025. The projects are located in Ector County and are designed to provide reliable renewable power to Occidental’s low‑carbon ventures.
